Baby parties are a lot of fun. You can pick whatever theme you or your child want, you get to decorate, and pick or bake a cake. They can also be a bit of a hassle though if you're not sure what to buy and how to plan everything. Before you throw the baby party you'll want to be sure to get enough food, enough chairs and fun games to play.
You'll need to write down a list of everyone that you want to invite and send them an invitation ASAP so you can find out how many supplies you will need. For food you'll want to get appetizers and then a main course. Depending on how little the kids are that are coming pizza will probably work best.
Another thing that many people forget to consider while throwing a party is seating. Nobody is going to want to stand the whole time so you're either going to need to rent some chairs for the day or borrow some from someone you know. When you get the chairs you can set them up in a kind of circle in a room or outdoors that way everyone is still close together and it's easy to talk to one and other.
You won't have to worry about the party being boring if you think of some fun games to play beforehand. You can just set out a couple decks of cards and most likely people will begin playing some sort of card game without you needing to start one. If not you can bring some fun board games that are easy to play.
Remember when you're throwing a baby party that kids don't care much about anything so they'll find it fun either way if you're having fun and not stressing out.
